Pre-Order Coffee Today!
Dear friends,
We are excited to let you know that we are now accepting PRE-ORDERS for Boundary Waters Coffee! As this is the first time we will be fulfilling shipments since the fire, it is going to look a bit different for the first few weeks. Here are some important things to know:
Pre-Orders – Round One (May 15 – May 20)
- If you place your order between today and Wednesday, May 20th, you will be included in the first batch of coffee that we ship out. All orders must be in no later than Wednesday, May 20th!
- Our target ship date is Friday, May 29th for all orders placed from today through May 20th.
Pre-Orders – Round Two (May 21 – May 31)
- If you place your order between Thursday, May 21st and Sunday, May 31st, you will be included in the second batch of coffee that is shipped out.
- Our target ship date for the second batch is Friday, June 5th.
Because we no longer have a building, we have been busy trying to figure out the best way to operate, following food safety standards. After the initial pre-order phase this month, we hope to be able to fulfill coffee orders a few times a week. We may no longer be able to get your coffee out to you on the same day as you ordered, as was possible in the past, but we thank you for your patience & understanding as we try to figure out a new “norm” for our business.
Local Curbside Pick-Up
If you live locally, we will be offering the option to do curbside pick-up, free of charge. You will see the option available upon checkout.
- If you order during the first round of pre-orders (May 15-20), pick-ups will be available the afternoon of Friday, May 29th.
- If you order during the second round of pre-orders (May 21-31), pick-ups will be available on the afternoon of Friday, June 5th.
All pick-ups will be in the Cook County Community Center parking lot. Be sure to enter the best phone number that you can be reached at when checking out, so that we can call you with any updates.

We understand that having to wait all this time for your coffee is not ideal (especially if you are used to our former turn-around time), but thank you for understanding.
