Warning: this post is long, but it’s a good one, we promise!
First off, let us introduce ourselves. We are Tyler and Jessica Dean, the proud new owners of White Pine North in Grand Marais, MN. On January 1, 2020, we purchased the business from Jim and Jackie Larsen, who were the previous owners for 45 years! We are so excited to continue to build upon the wonderful legacy that they have created. Below is a picture of all of us together in the store as well as a family selfie we managed to snap with our 1.5 year old son.
New Website!
We have been working hard to revamp the website for Boundary Waters Coffee and White Pine North over the past many weeks and it is finally finished! We have all of our coffees for sale along with some favorites from the store. Feel free to take a peek! If you have any feedback or suggestions about the new site, we would love to hear from you. But what about bwcoffee.com?
Over the coming weeks, we will be transitioning everything over to our new website (www.whitepinenorth.com). If you go to our old website (www.bwcoffee.com), you will simply be redirected to our new one. We don’t want anyone to get lost during this transition, so we are trying to make things as smooth as possible. 🙂
New Look, Same Great Taste
Another thing you will notice as you have a look around our new website is our brand new Boundary Waters Coffee and White Pine North logos along with our new coffee bags! We are really excited to introduce our fresh new look and we’re equally excited to continue to bring you the same great-tasting coffee from the North Shore to your door!
COVID-19 & Our Business
Many of our customers over the past month have reached out to see how the current situation has impacted us and our new business. While it has most definitely been difficult to temporarily close our storefront to the public, we have been very blessed by the outpouring of support and generous business from you, our loyal customers. We deeply appreciate your care, support and business during these trying times. Thank you so much!
The next time you are up on the North Shore in Grand Marais, please stop into the store and introduce yourselves to us; we would absolutely love to meet you! We see many of your names as we bag the coffee orders that come through online and it is always nice to put a face to a name.
